Nowadays, many image applications are used in tattoo design and making. However, among these applications, there is no application whose only target is tattooing. We aimed to carry out a study for this purpose in our project. For this purpose, we aim to add and develop features only to facilitate tattoo design and work by using image processing with creatINK.

Günümüzde dövme tasarımı ve yapımı aşamasında birçok görüntü uygulaması kullanılıyor. Fakat bu uygulamalar arasında sadece hedefi dövme olan bir uygulama bulunmuyor. Biz ise projemizde bu amaca yönelik bir çalışma yapmayı amaçladık. Bu amaç doğrultusunda creatINK ile görüntü işleme kullanarak sadece dövme tasarımı ve işlerin kolaylaştırılması adına özellikler eklemeyi ve geliştirmeyi hedefliyoruz.

What is Creatink.

For an efficient and effective creatINK application, it is important that a useful interface where you can easily design a tattoo, and that the quality, shading and layers of the designed tattoo are clear.

It is reported that it is mostly addressed to Millennials and the younger generation around the world. Applications similar to this image processing project have a worldwide annual industry market budget of $3 Billion.

For this aim, there are some features that we are going to use and we have researched some information about these features. Such as; shape analysis and manipulation, sharpening blurry image, soft shading to look natural, creating intermediate colors with color conversion algorithm, Creating basic shapes and curves with the vector graphics algorithm. We are going to apply these algorithms onto our project, so that we will provide these features. These researches we have made about image processing will serve us for this purpose. In addition, we will use a special kit that is only for tattoo design. This kit will be a needle kit, not a pen kit. This is how we will simulate tattoo drawings.
